Well I went and did it, I got banned from the BBC's 606 boards.
How it took them so long I will never know. Anyway I am hoping I'll be able to return, my first attempt got instantly banned too so hopefully the third one will stay. (I've still got some way to catch up with Gross_is_God, who made it up to about 24 accounts I believe) . Any way if I get banned again I'll give up and only post on here and of course Dave Pundit's blog.
Dave too is banned so this weeks predictions will go up on his blog and I'll use my new account to post a link to them, then next week I'll go about setting up Dave Pundit 2: Pundit Harder.
Anyway back to posting non-offensive rubbish in an attempt to escape pre-mod.

There is an invite-only forum for former 606 members... It's very Liverpool in flavour- and requires an invite and a vote to gain membership- but I'm fairly sure you'd be welcomed in. Most of the posters are of a like-mind.

As you know I've been banned, at least 4 times now.
What I found works well is to create another account totally un-distinguishable (word of the day) from your old ones.
e.g Jon Smith. Use a googlemail email address, again with no trace back to your sudoname or real name. Choose a different team to support (Crystal Palace). Whack a few positive comments on their boards
Once out of pre mod (should only take 3 days), change your nickname to "In Memory Of JJG " or something and post your new username on THIS site so we all recognise you back on 606

Well I for one hope that you do manage to get back on 606 since I can't access this site from work, and I've been disturbingly productive the last couple of days!
On the positive side, the inundation of the feedback thread has led to a response from Jez (whoever the hell that is) promising to look into the circumstances of the ban.
You'd better get back soon - I can't spend a whole week actually working...

Sorry,you had to go. I am fully willing to fight to get you back on 606. You and everyone else onhere like Eastie,JPS,Dublin and many more made me feel like part of a group again like in the CAG/Tavern days.
I have no idea why the mods took you off. Sure,you went off topic a little but then all of us should go and if everything was on topic,606 would be poor. You articles were funny,intelligent and football-related while wum's were poor(some were ok as they were delusional like SHL or heenan-like like heenan) and clogging up the board. I prefer your articles to any on the board.
